At first..we got only Hizani & Acap but then came Wan Hamdun as a drummer and BangChik as a bassist for Romancesa. Intan Juliana helped us with his backing vocal during our first cd recording.Then came Aida and Aisha to sit at backing vocals position. For the time being we r auditioning a female keyboarist.Still in pending mode :P
Do Acap also one of Hizani siblings just like Bangchik & WanHamdun?
Nope! We aint siblings..hahah but kinda weird..currently many new peoples we met says that Acap n Hizani r both blood brothers.No Way! Hell Yeah!
Bio
Acap and Hizani met each other since standard 1 at Sekolah Kebangsaan Talang Kuala Kangsar, they were in the same class, 1 Delima. Unfortunately, at standard 2, Acap was brought to other school due of his father job transfer. Time past, Acap came back to his hometown at the age of 11 and was at the same school again with Hizani when both of them enter Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Clifford,Kuala Kangsar, Perak. Acap those days was influenced by hard rock, metal band such as Korn, RATM, Deftones, etc .. while Hizani was into grunge,Britpop,indie etc... . Both enjoyed the schoolhood period with jamming with their band. Acap played the vocal role in Society Breakdown while Hizani was the guitarist in Bubblegummers.
After finishing his secondary schooling at Clifford, Acap quit his band and continued his study at UiTM. Same way goes to Hizani, his activities with Bubblegummers been paused during his study at Politeknik JB. Both of them met again at Shah Alam during their degree period. So after uncountable times "lepaking" with each other, Hizani came up with the idea to form a band with Acap, the so called "dynamic duo" ROMANCESA. Both of them shared almost the same musical taste even though Acap used to love hardcore and metal songs. Romancesa have finished their recording at Sonic Studio, Bandar Sri Damansara and now still in post production section. Prepare for their upcoming CD and merchandise :)
