This band was formed in the early 1999 where the first line-up was Rahmat (vocal), Shairy (Guitar), Alvin (Bass) and Syed Gemok (Guitar). A year later, Syed Gemok and Alvin met some problems with their personal life and replaced by Alan (Meet Uncle Hussain Band) , Amy (Bass) and also Fairus@Bob (Drum). As the time passes by, Alan felt like he had to pursue his studies.

Fairus met Yusran around early 2001(both of them were roommates at college). At first, Yusran agreed to help the band play for several gigs in KL. After a few gigs , they interested to take Yusran to the position of their first guitarist. Until now , Lunchbox remains with Rahmat (vocal), Yusran (1st guitar), Shairy (2nd guitar), Amy (Bass) and Bob on drums.

They had their first rehearsal selftitled demo around 2002 containing 4 songs but only managed to bring up one song entitled Soul Salary due to some problems. For now on, 'Freedom' it’s the only song from Lunchbox. Now they still working out for their first EP that still in under construction.
