Armed, sexy, intoxicated, and teasing, Top Junk has evolved from a 4 piece pop band to a venomous disco punk outfit. Formed in 2005, the band is currently promoting their indie debut for the most part of 2010.
Top Junk plays music with an upbeat spirit in a drunken stupor. Their childlike outburst worth of songs are designed to keep the band member’s feverish lives spry and simple. Although the band is quick not to confine their music into a genre, they do want to catch a listener’s pop-ear and fill it with junk from the top ; A metaphor you can’t find in these hyphens: disco-punk-flirt-poetry.
The members agree on pursuing the band’s calling only through purposes of postponing mortality, playing music to open people’s ears that all may shake their imaginary tails.
